Schafer and Aidan

Schafer will be 5 years old in September.  He loves to play all the time with his jolly ball and kong on a rope and nylabone.  He also loves to play with water from a hose.  After he plays, he likes to relax on his bed.  He enjoys our son, Aidan.

I thought the enclosed photo of Charles (GSD) with my grandson, Zaya, was a good entry for “best portrait” in the Dog as a Family Pet contest.  Thank you for planning this great idea.

Anna, Brandi (1) and Phyllis

They are the best of friends, and Brandi is wonderful company for Anna (89) and Phyllis (86).  They so enjoy throwing a toy for her, and she’s a perfect protector.  She always lets them know when visitors are at the door.  Brandi seems to understand every word they speak as she cocks her head and listens intently.  How they laugh!  And she’s always giving them kisses!!
