How YOU can
help!
The auction is one of two major efforts that
supply the bulk of our funding. We need to get the word out! Last
year’s event was a great success and provided funding to help so many
beautiful dogs!
You can help by:
- attending the auction
- donating an item
- soliciting ads or items
- participating at the Tagging Party
- being on the Auction team
If someone has already asked you to help, or
you’ve already volunteered, forgive us our zealousness for our mission!

Lauralee and Chrysan ROCKED the
auction last year!
Lauralee and Chrysan are the Co-chairs for this year’s GSRNE Auction. The first
silent auction starts a little earlier this year at 11:30and the Live Auction begins at 12:00. It’s so much fun!! There are two silent auctions, and a live
auction with thrills and chills
during the fun bidding! There are many, many volunteers needed to make it a success!
Auction Day
On Sunday, April 18th we begin setting up around
9:30 am. (or earlier if
possible) All the tables and auction items have to be in place by 11:30 when the
first Silent Auction begins. After the Auction, we need help to take down the tables
and leave the hall in order. It’s a lot of fun and a great sense of
accomplishment to be a part of the day! We are having a sales table, a food
table with sandwiches and chips and a bake sale table with lots of goodies.
Enjoy the Auction, bring your checkbook, or credit card and Bid High for the
dogs!

Bake sale (Auction Day)
We
have goodies for sale and sandwiches as all that bidding makes everyone hungry
and thirsty! We need sandwiches, finger rolls, cookies, bars, breads, chips,
etc. Boxed lunches went very well last year.
