Dog rescue work is time-intensive for the people doing it.
It is also money-intensive, unfortunately. Veterinary costs, quality boarding,
advertising, foster care expenses, transportation, supplies...all
of these things cost money.
GSRNE relies upon Rescue Memberships for some financial help. We also
run fund-raisers to help us help more needy German Shepherd Dogs.
But it has been the generous donations made by both individuals, and
sometimes groups, that make the difference between GSRNE being able to
help rescue a suffering and/or homeless German Shepherd out of a dire situation.

Donating For a Specific Dog
Interested in being a
Buddy to one of our foster dogs, and knowing your tax-deductible donation
will go specifically for that dog?
We are looking for those people that would like to be a Buddy to one of our
dogs. This person is a special person who provides food or supplies for a
GSRNE dog while in foster care to help
him/her get the fresh start they deserve! Check out our

information.
For Memorials and Honorariums:
A memorial is a personal remembrance
that honors the life of a friend, relative or colleague with a gift of love
and caring .You can create a living memorial in the
name of a family member or friend through German Shepherd Rescue of New
England's Memorial program. Your tax-deductible donation will show the
family of the deceased that you care about their loved one while helping us
to to care for New England's needy German Shepherds.
Please
email us and provide us with the following information:
- Name of person donation is in honor or memory of
- Name and address of person who we should notify of your
gift
- Name and address of donor and who should be listed on
the card
German Shepherd Rescue of New England, Inc. will promptly
send a personalized card to the person or family indicated, notifying them
of your thoughtful donation. Every gift is tax-deductible and you will
receive an acknowledgment for your donation.
Donations of $20 or more will receive a one year
membership to GSRNE if so desired. Please indicate on your donation if you
would like to join our ranks.
In addition to financial contributions, we accept donations of items
to use for the dogs or to sell and raise much needed funds to care for
them. If you have German Shepherd Dog or generic doggy items you'd

Nylon dog collars sizes 20"-22"
Leashes - 6' and longer
